What changes between formats?

The job is the same: make the station recognisable. The way it feels on air changes with the audience, music mix and brand position.

Pace

CHR and Dance imaging usually move quickly. AC and Christian formats often need more space. Rock and Urban can carry more impact and texture.

Voice

The same script can feel completely different with a warmer read, a harder read or a younger voice. Format fit starts with casting.

Signature sound

Sonic logos, sung IDs, music beds and production style help every new piece feel like it belongs to the same station.

Common Questions

Format questions, answered clearly.

How fast is Radio Imaging delivery?
Most custom Radio Imaging is delivered within 10 to 14 business days once the brief, scripts and voice direction are confirmed. Larger packages, late script changes or voice availability can affect timing.
Do I need a format-specific imaging package?
No. The format pages are guides to help you hear and describe the right direction. The actual Radio Imaging package is shaped around your station format, music mix, audience, voice direction and budget.
Can LFM Audio work with our existing station voice?
Yes. We can produce with your current station voice using RAW uncompressed/clean .wav voicing you send through, or help you choose a new voice from our library that fits your station format, audience and sound.
Where should I hear examples?

Start on the Radio Imaging page. It includes real station examples and format filters so you can hear the difference quickly.
